About the Role:

As our Digital Marketing Operations Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our marketing team, responsible for optimizing our marketing processes and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance performance. This role requires a meticulous individual with a passion for utilizing analytics tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio (or equivalent) to drive informed decision-making and streamline operations as well as being able to manage other marketing-related platforms like Iterable for email communications.

Major Responsibilities/Activities

Analytics and Insights: 

  • Utilize Google Analytics and Looker Studio or equivalent tools to analyze marketing data, extract meaningful insights, and provide actionable recommendations and custom reports to enhance campaign performance.

Process Optimization: 

  • Streamline marketing workflows and processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring seamless coordination between different teams and platforms.

Data Management and Reporting: 

  • Manage marketing databases, and oversee digital analytics, social media metrics, and email campaign performance. 

  • Translate complex data into actionable insights, supporting weekly inquiries and delivering presentations to internal stakeholders.

Email Campaign Management: 

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to craft email campaigns, journeys, and trigger actions.

  • Set up and monitor journeys within Iterable, providing performance-based suggestions for optimization.

Software Utilization: 

  • Proficiency in using tools like Looker Studio or equivalents for data analysis and visualization, for project management and task coordination, and Iterable for email campaign management.


  • Work within the Marketing team to understand their data needs, provide support, and contribute insights for strategic decision-making.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the team

  • 1-2 years in a marketing operations or analytics-focused role, demonstrating proficiency in utilizing analytics tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio (or similar).

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data, derive insights and translate them into actionable strategies.

  • Familiarity with or similar project management tools for efficient coordination and organization within a team.

  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and consistency in reporting.

  • Ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
