Anne Valenza

Vinnie Valenza, a St. Louis County native, has been hooked on real estate ever since he bought his first house in the city of St Louis (2008). He has been the restaurant manager of his family's business, Blues City Deli in Benton Park, since 2004. In 2010, Vinnie married Anne. The couple fixed up their house on Nebraska Avenue and moved to Ellendale (near Maplewood). They lived there for a few years while renovating it. Vinnie obtained his real estate license and began working for Hermann London in 2014.

His first sale was their home in Ellendale. The couple now resides in Des Peres, MO their two daughters, Mary and Joan and their son Vince Jr. Vinnie has enjoyed helping family and friends as a Realtor® so much that Anne decided to join The Valenza Team in 2016. Anne has a background as an entomologist and as a registered nurse. She also started Hanley Fold Farm, a handmade soap company, in 2005, which the couple sold in 2015 to make time for real estate. Vinnie and Anne have enjoyed working on and selling their own homes. They have learned a lot in the process. As a team, they would be happy to help you buy or sell your home.
