Carola Schonander is an experienced real estate professional who has been in the business in Westchester since 2006. Carola joined Julia B Fee Sotheby's in 2011.

Through her enthusiasm, energy, and negotiation skills, Carola has built a diverse portfolio of clients helping locals, out-of-staters, and international clients find their next home. Carola works throughout Westchester with special focus on: Larchmont, Mamaroneck, Rye, Rye Brook, Harrison, New Rochelle, Scarsdale, Bronxville, Yonkers, Hartsdale, Ardsley, and White Plains. She has built an extensive network of service providers who can ease your move to your new home in Westchester.

Her previous career in journalism and marketing took her from her native Venezuela to London, New York, Lima and Mexico City. Carola’s strong international connections are strengthened by her ability to speak Spanish and Italian, as well as English. She moved to Larchmont in 2001 with her husband and their triplets. She has created deep roots within the local community, without losing her understanding of the needs of newcomers having relocated so many times throughout her life.
