At 15, I left communist Cuba with my mother on a 48-hour boat journey across the Gulf of Mexico in pursuit of a better life. With determination, faith, and the unwavering support of my parents, we arrived in the United States ready to start over. That experience shaped the way I approach every opportunity—with gratitude, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to helping others succeed.

Those values guided me through my education and into a 25-year career partnering with leading physicians and healthcare organizations throughout New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Working with some of the nation's most respected healthcare companies, I built lasting relationships, negotiated complex agreements, analyzed critical data, and helped organizations achieve meaningful outcomes. More than anything, I discovered that my greatest fulfillment came from earning trust, solving problems, and guiding people through important decisions.

Real estate is a natural extension of that work—not a career change.
