Erin McNamara joined the Bowes Team in February of 2015 as a team agent after six years with the Waterford Youth Services Bureau. Erin’s background in supporting the children and families of Waterford made her transition into real estate seamless, allowing her to bring understanding and compassion to every client interaction. As the daughter of Sue and Bud, real estate has always been a part of Erin's life, and she is committed to following in her parents' footsteps by providing exceptional service to her clients. Erin is known for going above and beyond for her clients, friends, and family. Her dedication to her craft and continued professional development ensures that she stays ahead of market trends and provides unmatched service. Since joining the Bowes Team, Erin has advanced to Senior Team Agent and Team Leader. She was recognized as the Bowes Team's "Top Producer of the Year" in both 2022 and 2024. Born and raised in Southeastern Connecticut, Erin is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and currently lives in Waterford with her husband Ryan, daughter Vayda, son Quinn, and step-sons Ronin and Callan.
