Jency McGinley

Born and raised in California with deep family roots in Texas, Jency McGinley has always carried a love for both states. Growing up surrounded by horses and nearly every kind of animal imaginable, she credits her vibrant childhood with shaping her hardworking, compassionate spirit.

Jency began her career in real estate in 1984 with First American Title in Santa Barbara before expanding into the mortgage, appraisal, and sales industries. Already a licensed California Realtor, she quickly earned her Texas license after relocating, continuing her commitment to serving clients with integrity and care.

Her heart for helping others also led her into the medical field, where she worked in emergency medicine before ultimately returning to real estate—a career where she found she could blend her expertise with her passion for guiding people through life-changing decisions.

Today, Jency is grateful for the blessings of faith, family, friends, and the opportunity to help others achieve their dream of homeownership.
