Jenny Usaj

Jenny Usaj is the Employing Broker and co-owner of Usaj Realty, a boutique real estate firm with offices in Denver and Vail.

Founded with her husband Anton in 2011; Usaj Realty is built on strong community partnerships, extraordinary customer service, and a strong collaborative culture.

Creating meaningful professional relationships is a focal point of her work ethic, and Jenny’s solid reputation makes her a go-to broker. She attributes much of her success to three factors: keeping commitments, adding value to both home buyers and sellers, and producing the client's desired outcome in a timely fashion.

Over the years, she has garnered many awards and accolades for her commitment to giving back to the Denver community. Usaj Realty contributes to Habitat for Humanity and helps organize the Women’s Build annual event. These efforts help create sustainable local communities and provide housing for families that would otherwise not be able to afford a home.

Jenny Usaj earned a Master’s Degree in Global Finance, Trade and Economic Development from the University of Denver. She enjoys investing in real estate and helping her clients grow their portfolios. She lives in Denver with her husband, Anton. In her spare time, Jenny enjoys spending time with friends and family, skiing, paddle boarding, and reading.
