With 19 years of experience in real estate, Jill Jones has built a career rooted in service, leadership, and results. She began her real estate journey in 2007, blending her background in education with a deep passion for helping people navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.

Throughout her career, Jill has successfully represented both first-time homebuyers and luxury property clients, offering thoughtful guidance, strong advocacy, and a calm, informed approach. Her experience spans multiple markets, including the Dallas–Fort Worth area and three years licensed and practicing in the state of Florida, giving her a broad perspective on market dynamics and client needs.

In addition to her sales experience, Jill has held key leadership roles within Keller Williams, including serving as Team Leader for the Plano office and later as Assistant Team Leader in Allen, where she specialized in productivity coaching and agent development. These roles sharpened her expertise in strategy, negotiation, systems, and accountability—skills she now brings directly to her clients.

Today, Jill combines advanced one-on-one coaching with active real estate representation, allowing her to serve buyers and sellers with both heart and high-level expertise. She is deeply committed to helping people buy and sell what is often their most valuable and meaningful asset, and she approaches every relationship with integrity, care, and a genuine love for helping others.

Jill is married to her husband, Lance, and is guided by her faith, which shapes the integrity, care, and purpose she brings to her work.
