Julie was a TOP PRODUCER on the #1 Keller Williams real estate team in St. Charles county for 3 years prior to branching out on her own. She has earned "The Capper Award", every year, for reaching the maximum commission paid out to her broker within a calendar year. She was also awarded #1 SOLO AGENT for "HIGHEST CLOSED UNITS" and "HIGHEST TOTAL SALES VOLUME" for her Keller Williams office in 2019 AND 2021, #1 and #2 SOLO AGENT in "HIGHEST CLOSED UNITS and/or "HIGHEST TOTAL SALES VOLUME" for her Keller Williams office in 2020, 2022, 2023, & 2024. Julie has a wide range of work experience as well. Prior to becoming a REALTOR, she had been an elementary school teacher for 10 years and also owned her own successful photography business for 15+ years. She earned her Bachelor's Degree from Missouri State University and a Master's Degree from Lindenwood University. Her education and the past experience of running a classroom and a small business have helped her to hone her communication and organizational skills. This, coupled with patience and a high level of customer service, help her to be an extremely effective Listing & Buyer's Specialist for clients.

Julie was born and raised in the St. Louis County area and has now lived in the St. Charles area for over 25 years. She is very knowledgeable about both areas and currently resides in O'Fallon, MO with her husband, two daughters, & dog. Before they went on to attend Mizzou in Columbia, MO, her daughters attended school in the Fort Zumwalt School district where she was actively involved in volunteering at the local schools. She has enjoyed volunteering in the Hospitality and Children's Ministry at their church, Morning Star, in Dardenne Prairie. Julie has always had a great interest in real estate, and was even found to be assisting friends and family members find their perfect home, long before she earned her real estate license. She has a keen eye for details, a flair for home décor & staging, and has a passion for helping her clients to sell and find their dream home!
