Lisa’s passion for Real Estate stems from her childhood. Her mother Norma Ruiz was a highly regarded Realtor who owned her own brokerage in Rye and passed on her love for buying and selling to her daughter.

Raised in Harrison and a resident there for over 50 years, Lisa has been in the Real Estate business from the time she graduated college with a Business Management major. When she had her own children, she took them to her office where they would entertain themselves under her desk so she could continue working.

This passion for her business has been the foundation of her success for the past 25-years. Thanks to her exceptionally loyal clientele, it’s Lisa’s personal referrals and repeat business that underpin her career. As a result, Lisa has never had to market herself, but rather focus on doing the best possible job for her existing clients. That’s why she is so trusted.

Her ethos is never to over-extend herself because she wants to build personal relationships with her clients and offer each one of them real customer service. In her own words: “I keep a handful of clients and I go all in for them! I’m not interested in doing 20-30 deals a year.”

Lisa’s passion for Real Estate is shared by her husband who has been in residential construction for around 30-years. They work together as a team buying, renovating, rebuilding and turning over and having great fun in the process. With their children in college, she and her husband are now ‘empty-nesters’ and relish their time together working, boating and enjoying happy-hours!

Lisa is a fluent Spanish speaker, she values honesty and integrity above all and she does everything in her power to ensure her clients success.

Lisa is an Associate Broker and has an in-depth knowledge of the different neighborhoods she represents: Rye, Harrison, Mamaroneck, Larchmont, Port Chester and Rye Brook.
