Along with my business partner, Joel Krawitz, we specialize in personally marketing properties in Wilton, Weston, Ridgefield, Norwalk, and Fairfield. We are honored to participate in the CT/NY metro co-broke group partners, expanding our immediate reach throughout CT and NY, and through our affiliation with the William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty relocation program, we are also able to provide assistance on a national level and anywhere in the world.

Experience:

I am a full-time seasoned Realtor with professional work experience spanning nearly 20 years. Prior to entering the Connecticut real estate market, I was a top-producing agent in the fast-paced, highly competitive Manhattan market specializing in selling co-ops, condos, single-family townhomes, and rental placements. I was also one of only three agents selected to handle the pre-sale of a prestigious 5th Avenue condominium conversion where I gained vast knowledge of the dynamics of on-site sales. I served for two years as an officer of a condominium association working intimately on various enrichment projects while simultaneously serving as board designate for the real estate board of New York, attending monthly forums addressing industry trends. I am currently an active member of the Mid Fairfield County Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and I am a Certified Relocation Specialist.

I am a graduate of Stony Brook University where I obtained a degree in Political Science. I have been a licensed Realtor since 2000 and earned my broker's license in 2004. I actively maintain licenses in both Connecticut and New York.
