Odil has over 20 years of real estate experience in multiple states including Colorado, Arizona, Hawai’i, Virginia, and Massachusetts. Before moving to Colorado, Odil spent the last two decades in Arizona, where she is still a licensed REALTOR®. Having been an agent, buyer, seller, investor, landlord, tenant, and property manager herself, Odil has a deep understanding of the specific needs of different types of clients.

With decades of experience serving client needs in industries as varied as real estate, international project management, environmental policy, and healthcare skills training, Odil is a consummate global professional. Among the positions she held, Odil was formerly a World Bank official based in Washington DC. She has served public sector clients around the world, worked with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds, and speaks multiple languages.
