Paul Bednar, born and raised in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, PA, has called Northeast Florida home for over 35 years. With a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from the University of North Florida and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, Paul spent over 17 years as a finance & accounting management professional before returning to his sales roots and building a highly successful career as a full-time Realtor®.

As a volunteer Puppy Raiser and Goodwill Ambassador with K9S For Warriors, the nation’s largest nonprofit service dog provider for veterans with PTSD, he and his wife, Alicia, have proudly raised eight service dogs. He is also an active member of the Southside Business Men’s Club, Jacksonville’s premier business networking and civic organization dedicated to advancing the city’s civic, economic, and social growth. In addition, Paul regularly volunteers at community service events through the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors, further strengthening his connection and impact on the community he serves.

When he’s not working with clients or serving the community, Paul enjoys cooking, grilling outdoors, playing golf, exercising, dining at local restaurants, enjoying live music and attending local events, and spending time with his three pups, family and friends.
