Sandra has had a career in Real Estate spanning the past 30 years in Litchfield County, Connecticut including the towns and villages of Washington, New Preston, Roxbury, Bridgewater, Warren and Woodbury.

Being a seasoned Real Estate Broker and residing in Connecticut her entire life, it is a major priority of Sandy's to ensure an ongoing, extensive and always current knowledge of available inventory, whether dealing with new clients or the many clients she has worked with repeatedly over the years. Sandy is a member in good standing of the CT Association of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors, the Consolidated MLS, the Connecticut Multiple Listing Service, and the Greater New Milford Board of Realtors.

Sandy takes great pride in her successful and ongoing real estate business dealings with many high profile clients and some of Wall Street’s top executives, including Robert S. Harrison, a former Goldman Sachs partner. She has had the privilege of representing the buyer for the former Roxbury country home of Joseph A. Califano, Jr., former U.S. Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare, appointed by President Carter. She has also had the pleasure of securing the purchase of a country home for television host, comedian and writer Conan O’Brian along with many other special clients and frends.
