Teresa Young

Teresa is a native Atlantan currently residing in the Kennesaw/Marietta area near the Kennesaw Mountain Natl Park.  Teresa started her Real Estate career working for real estate investors. This exciting experience sparked her desire to become both a licensed Realtor and a Registered Appraiser.  Additionally, Teresa brings to the table 20+ years of experience working in home improvement focused family-owned businesses.  This unique combination of professional skills combined with her personal experience as a homeowner who has bought, sold, renovated and rented homes of her own, is reflected in the thoughtful and relatable way she cares for her clients. As a Realtor, she focuses on residential real estate working with sellers, buyers and investors.  Her methodical yet easy-going approach has resulted in a business built on referrals and repeat clients. Her philosophy is to take care of each client as if her own property or move is on the line.  Teresa brings passion, diligence and dedication to all her clients helping them to navigate the challenging and sometimes emotional process of buying or selling a home, able to provide a trusted resource or much needed guidance when the unexpected happens, and always ready to get the transaction across the finish line.
