Terry joined William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty at their Northern Fairfield County Brokerage in 2019 after working many years in the corporate world with Colgate Palmolive, Union Carbide (Danbury, CT) and Bayer Pharmaceuticals, where he held senior positions in multiple functions, including Sales, Finance and Operations. He is an active member of the Knights of Columbus at St. Edward’s Church in New Fairfield and has previously co-chaired their annual Golf Fundraising Tournament.

His wife Louise recently retired, after 15 years as a realtor, to devote more time to their 3 children and 3 grandchildren. Louise and Terry grew up in Westchester County, NY and have lived in New Fairfield since 1984.

Terry is also a licensed realtor for Julia B Fee Sotheby's International Realty, an affiliate of William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty, at their Scarsdale, NY office. The areas he serves include Fairfield and Litchfield County in CT and Westchester and Putnam County in NY.
