The Chocolate Bay Ranch consists of over 4,900 acres of prime Texas Coast with shoreline directly on Chocolate Bay, Halls Bayou, Persimmon Bayou, and New Bayou. The ranch itself is a mixture of upland dry acreage as well as thousands of acres of coastal estuary.
