At least this one's got new underwear on! You run across some strange (and sometimes shocking) things in the world of fixer-uppers. You never know what you're going to find (or what they were drinkin') when it comes to unfinished DIY projects.... but this one is gonna spoil one lucky buyer willing to do the fun part. With such a solid frame there was no need to gut it down to the studs... but rumor has it there was one heck of a set of joists under there when the previous owner peeled those layers back and buttoned up the main level with brand spankin' new OSB subflooring. Right now the kitchen & main level bathroom are naked as a jaybird... but you're still welcome to take a peek.... all cabinetry, sinks, tubs, and fixtures removed. The dirty work is already done - now all you have to do is decide how you're gonna dress it back up with your fabulous taste in color, textures, and bling!
