There are also two parking pad spots in the rear off the alley. Street parking is easy as well. These units were EASY to rent...we had to turn people down! Carpet is in both bedrooms. Luxury Vinyl is everywhere else...with sounds pad installed on the upstairs. Some windows were already replaced, but there are 3 new double windows in front. Entrance doors were all replaced and are insulated fiberglass. The locks are all new. Very nice units...good size.
