This is a fantastic home, at this price point. It was the sellers first, and while there, new flooring was installed, and the bathroom was updated. Not just fresh paint, although there is some of that too. Great space on the main level, with a good size living room and a formal dining room. Main floor laundry, so trips down to the basement will be infrequent. Nice back yard, and off street parking available in the back. Please compare this to other homes at similar price point and come check it out! (This home went pending after just a few hours on the market, but buyer just backed out, hopefully their loss can be your gain.)
