Plumbing is stubbed in for sink and washer/dryer. This homes current beds can sleep 11. If you had bunks it could sleep even more. Solid surface flooring throughout. The cedar walls and beams give it a refreshing cedar smell!! There is a covered metal patio on two sides with concrete. The main house has an aerobic system and the second house has a septic.
Invite even more friends and have them bring their camper or RV. There are two RV hook ups in a cleared out area created just for them.
There are two outbuilding. One loafing shed with tack room, great for a few animals or storing your mowers, ATV's or a boat.
This property is across the street from public hunting lands and only a few miles from McGee lake or the Atoka Reservoir. Enjoy all that the outdoors have to offer.
Each house has central heat and air. It's all electric and has Stringtown Public water. Enjoy two ponds, huge boulders and amazing tall pine trees. The peace and privacy would be hard to beat.
