Take FM 47 N from Wills Point approximately 7 miles turn LEFT on VZCR 3707 it will be after you pass FM 1395. Once on VZCR 3707 you will turn LEFT on VZCR 3723 then RIGHT on VZCR 3728 following signs past Tawakoni Plant Farm. Stay on this road until you reach the property. The Road will make a little cross over where two side streets all come together stay straight and you will go slight left and see for Sign in front yard. You will see the lake behind the houses here!
