Industrial land continues to go up in value. Assessed value by the county, for this property went up 300% (see attached 2024 RE Assessment Increase). Also, Manassas just sold 20 acres of ind. land for $ 21 million dollars or $1.3 million per acre. This parcel on Rt. One and close to the airport is selling for only $406,780 per acre.
