Gallery Auction: We are selling 12 Condo Units in the Lighthouse Point Villas. A $7,500 bidding deposit is required for each property that you are the winning bidder. If you only want to purchase one property, you will need one bidding deposit. During the auction, with one bidding deposit you can be the high bidder or winner on only one of the 12 condo units; with 2 bidding deposits, you can be the high bidder or winner on any 2 of the properties. If you are interested in bidding on all 12 condo units at the same time, you would need 12 bidding deposits.
