NO renting or leasing of the cabin is allowed under any circumstances! You own the cabin and the land is leased from the federal government on 20 year permits. There is a one time transfer fee to the buyer of $1,350 for the remainder of the existing permit, which ends in 2028 and then renews for another 20 years. Forest Service application and approval is required. There are rules and regulations of the forest service that must be complied with. Buyer is resopnsible for Tangilbe Property Taxes and annual Forest Service permit fee.
