El Galeon By The Sea is the Flagship Beachfront Destination, at the El Galeon Resort facility on Manasota Key. It is a Gulf front complex featuring a beautiful sandy beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The complex was affected by last years’ storms, but there was no water inside to the unit interiors. Some landscape restoration projects are still underway and “extra sand” is being moved. The beach is now immense here.
Unit 511 directly overlooks the wide, sandy beach on Manasota Key with great sunset views. The complex also has excellent docking facilities right across the road. There are a total of 19 units in this group of 3 buildings that surround the courtyard, with the heated swimming pool. There is plenty of parking. Unit 511 is a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath located on the 2nd floor of the building. It is beautifully furnished and decorated and will be delivered to you 'Turn Key" and move-in ready. The Central Heat and Air system was completely upgraded with a new system in 2022.
The complex is very popular with vacation renters. Many advance bookings for the coming seasons come with the property if buyers are interested in renting the unit. It has a solid rental history with income averaging $50,000 a year. In 2024 the unit generated $54,750. The complex does allow for short term, 1 week stays. The unit is currently occupied for Winter Season 2025, and they are booking ahead for this coming Summer Season. Showing appointments are absolutely required and preferred on Saturdays between rental turnovers.
