So we were able to find a plumber who replaced all the leaky fixtures, the toilets, and the expansion tank on the boiler. So whoever gets this house will be all set on the inside. So totally cleaned out and professionally cleaned and necessary repairs inside. The outside still needs some TLC, but at least you can live here without having to do anything else.
The woodwork and wooden floors inside shine, and the layout allows for lots of different choices. A first floor bedroom gives you the option of one floor living, while the primary bedroom upstairs includes a full bath and room for a kingsize frame or multiple twins.
There's an enclosed side porch/mud room that includes a nice storage closet and a thermal break before entering the kitchen. The outside 2nd floor deck has a view of the cliffs and the 3rd floor partially finished attic is perfect for an additional room or storage space. And there's even a small front porch, perfect for a sit to greet your neighbors.
Though the yard is small, you are right next door to the Berlin Elementary School playground. There's good walking on the neighborhood sidewalks, and of course you are a short ways from the beautiful Androscoggin River, Jericho ATV park, and miles of mountain hiking trails.
