Owners enjoy a kayak rack, a floating swim platform with fold-up chairs, a separate storage shed for beach gear, and access to 4 boat slips and 3 moorings. There is currently a short waitlist for a mooring.

Located just across the street from the crystal-clear waters of Newfound Lake, the cottage is an ideal getaway. Large bedroom with a loft for extra quests and a bounus room that could house a pull out couch or day bed. The open layout leads to a sunny deck for morning coffee or outdoor dining. The inviting living room features a classic fieldstone fireplace, perfect after a day on the water, while a Monitor heater provides efficient heat for year-round comfort. A year-round water source adds convenience in every season.The basement offers excellent storage.

In winter, enjoy nearby skiing at Ragged Mountain or Tenney Mountain, or simply relax and take in the peaceful surroundings.
