Cooperative maintenance fees are $486/month which includes city water, septic system maintenance, real estate taxes, maintenance of outside of building (siding & roofing), snow removal, fire insurance for replacement of dwelling, plumbing, basic electrical systems, garbage removal & recycling, grass cutting & leaf pick-up, pest control company, replacement & maintenance of gas appliances such as baseboard heating system, hot water system, & kitchen stove. Community has a clubhouse (pool table, arts & crafts room, exercise equipment, poker room, air hockey, TV, library, computer room, & puzzle room). Recreation Hall holds monthly events and picnic area has bocce courts, picnic tables, grills, & horseshoes.
