The all brick exterior makes this house a great investment with lasting value. A heated sun room (with skylights!) is easily used for at least 3 seasons. The L-shaped kitchen has modern cabinets, a black ceramic sink and dishwasher with laminate floors. New carpet has been laid in the bedrooms and living room. The garage is paneled for more insulation. And then the work begins. Both bathrooms need renovation. The condition of the boiler is unknown as the heat registers in all rooms has been removed. The basement was finished but it appears the basement flooded. All drywall is gone but studs and roughed-in bathroom remains. A terrific winter project! And the price is right.
