Surveys are uploaded for each lot separately. Lots can be sold together for a combined price of $100,000. City manager of Smithville, as well as city employees connected with the ideology of the city's P&Z Dept. state that variance requests are encouraged to help build out these inner city lots that are too small to build on based on current standards. Owner is willing to go under contract with a 45-60 feasibility study for such requests to be considered by P&Z. Closing and funding will be based on the ability to get reasonable variances from P&Z.
