Unit has not gone through Montgomery Mutual pre-sale process yet. Montgomery Mutual requires 5-6 weeks to inspect the unit and complete any repairs that may be required. Once contract is ratified, sellers will turn the unit over to Montgomery Mutual, and will schedule settlement upon completion of the 5-6 week pre-sale process.
