This house will make all your friends jealous! It’s pretty, and pretty much all new! The major renovations started back in 2020 when the house was connected to the new public water infrastructure and a new hot water heater was installed. Once those expenses were paid it was time for new A/C in 2022. But what good is an efficient HVAC system with old windows? So, new energy efficient windows and sliding glass door were installed the same year. The next year the roof was replaced, and a new garage door opener was installed the same year, too. And just before Helene let herself in through the back door both bathrooms had been remodeled with big and bold tile shower surrounds, rain head and handheld faucets in each shower with a sliding glass door in the ensuite and a tub/shower combo in the guest bath. This was the first time water ever intruded, and the kitchen is grateful for the new factory-painted wood cabinets! The rest of the home recently received new luxury vinyl plank flooring and new contemporary baseboards. The front door and storm door were also replaced this year. The owner could have stopped there but felt the privacy wood fence on each side of the backyard with 10ft gate would be very attractive to the next owner and give the shed and backyard an additional level of security. Being careful to protect the view into the woods she chose a chain-link fence for the rear property line. Give it all a new coat of durable paint inside and out and there isn’t a surface that resembles anything remotely from ‘80’s! This pretty lady has had a total facelift and is looking very attractive! Don’t let her slip away!
