Here are a few of the things you'll have to be prepared for: Foundation, Cleanup and disposal, New Roof and some of the decking, Drywall repair, Clean out and replace all the old insulation, Tree removal, Pest control, Soffit repair, Brick and masonry repair, Kitchen and bathroom updating, New fence and at least a Sprinkler system to avoid further foundation issues. Then you are looking at a static test for the plumbing, probably all new electrical. If you want to see it, please be prepared to hear and see things that are not pleasant.
