LOCATION: Located in LeFlore County, Southeast Oklahoma. Less than 4 hours from DFW, 2 hours from Tulsa, and less than an hour drive from Ft. Smith, Ark.. Approximately 4 miles west of Wister, a rural community with a K-12 school. Numerous other lakes are in the area including Cedar, Kerr, Eufaula, Tenkiller and Broken Bow. The Cedar Lake and Blackfork riding trails are only miles to the south as is the Ouachita National Forrest.
SITE: 36 acres m/l, mainly open with scattered trees. Caston Creek borders the entire east boundary providing a unique land feature. Nearly level to gently sloping topography. Several potential building sites or areas for a farmstead. There are two gas well sites on the west side of the property.

WILDLIFE: Deer and turkey are abundant in the area and just a few miles to either the Wister Public Hunting Area or the Ouachita National Forrest. Small game is abundant. Fishing in area lakes and streams are very noteworthy.
WATER: Caston Creek boundaries the east side. At this time you would have to drill a well for domestic use.

Beautiful homestead locations, pasture potential and with location to a State WMA and the National Forrest the hunting opportunities are just fantastic.
