Nice patio, private, enjoy your favorite drink and watch birds, sunrise. Although Sunsites/Pearce is a small area we do have some amenities: very nice library, numerous churches, three restaurants in the area, medical clinic, dentist, post office, fire and emt, bar serving a friendly atmosphere with beverages and food, styling salon, dollar general, gun shop.
