Recent change of Electrial Panel. I am offering the house at this price to give someone the opportunity to put sweat equity into a home . I realize it is needy. I have taken estimated for all the work that needs to be done. I am just offering it out AS IS fro someone that is willing
to do the work. My thinking is there may be someone that will qualify at this price and maybe not at the price with the work done. I see no reason it culd not be financed.
