About Me: I'm a classic beauty with the Old Florida Charm you've been searching for. I've been with the same partner since 1992, but I'm single & ready to mingle! I'm well-maintained, stable, & I come with zero drama (absolutely NO HOA baggage). I've had some recent work done to keep things tight: a new roof (2024), HVAC updated in 2020, & sleek stainless-steel appliances. I'm also a total ''outdoorsy'' type. I've got an irrigation system to keep my curves green & two spacious decks to make sure things never get boring.
My Interests: Sunset Gazing. I have an unobstructed view of the Intracoastal from the front porch. I'll give you a breathtaking sunset every single night.

Boating & Paddling: Only 400' to the Boat House for kayaking, canoeing & paddle boarding Rocket Science: I love watching launches from the patio. Warning: you will feel the rumbles.
Hobby time: Toys, tools & tactical time in the detached garage, together or solo.
