Welcome to Noah’s Landing! Noah's Landing is a 150± acre income-producing farm and recreational tract in Westpoint, Tennessee. A gated entrance leads to a property that blends rental income, outdoor recreation, and agricultural potential.

The property supports multiple income streams. Two furnished rental sheds are listed on Airbnb and bring in $100 per night, while a third shed remains unfinished with future rental potential. Five RV and camper sites have full hookups with water, power, and sewer, and an additional 9 hookups provide water only. All are serviced by a deep well with a large holding tank.

A 30x60 metal building is set up with water and plumbing and includes two full bathrooms with showers that can be accessed from the campsites. Inside is a large open space with a commercial sink and numerous outlets that could support gatherings, storage, or conversion into living space. A 40x60 pole barn is available for hay storage or covered parking for RVs and equipment.
