Located in the heart of the Green Mountains, about a half mile from Vt Rte 125 in the village of Hancock, these 35.6 acres of forest, streams, and hills are only a short drive from Killington, Sugarbush, and the Middlebury Snow Bowl. The Green Mountain National Forest abuts this land on the north and west, providing vast recreational opportunities for hiking, fishing skiing, hunting, birding and more.
