I've yet to see a home this age and originality in such great condition. The kitchen is SOLID with it's original tile and farmhouse style porcelain sink and countertop in one!
The carpeting is worn and dated but we've loosened it in the far right corner of the dining room so you can see how well preserved hard wood floors are underneath. The bathroom boasts original St. Louis style tile and a newer bathtub.
The fireplace is also in it's original condition and wood burning.
All the woodwork is beautiful in it's original finish and the dual leaded glass windows still open.
The basement is dry and boasts lots of storage, a walk-out and a bonus sleeping room. A larger fenced in backyard and private off-street parking in the extended driveway wraps everything up into a nice package. You'll want to see this in person to appreciate this well preserved gem.
