This area does not have appliances, but does have hookup for an oven and designated space for a refrigerator. There is a covered front porch and a back deck w/ steps to back yard. The driveway is a single driveway (can possibly fit 2 cars, tandem). Basement is unfinished, accessed by the right/ driveway side of the house. Basement has hookup for washer and dryer. This cottage is in a lake community, however, there is no requirement to be a member of the community (no HOA). If HOA community membership is preferred, there is an annual ownership of $825. Pinewood Lake membership allows owner access to lake, beach, lake events. Non members do not have access to lake/beach.
