I really like this home, so, in an attempt to be objective, I thought I would share some of the reasons someone might not like it. If you are annoyed by the sound of children laughing, you might want to avoid it. There's a well loved park right across the street. If you like tight spaces and you're on of those people that slide the drivers seat all the way up, avoid this one. More than 1700 square feet on the main level! If you hate the outdoors and think grilling out is for losers, look elsewhere, because you have almost a 1/3 of an acre of yard! Doesn't apply? Come check out this wonderful home. 3 beds and two full baths on the main level, plus a four seasons room where sellers practically lived. Downstairs, a rec area, bedroom and full bath. Garage is 800+ sq ft! Also, comes with solar panels and minuscule energy bills. Located in a peaceful corner of Mt. Vernon, one of the most lovely small towns. Come see!
