KITCHEN UPDATES

Owners renovated the kitchen with hardwood cabinets, granite countertops, large soft-close drawers, lazy Susans in both corners, and a pull-out spice drawer. They installed a convection oven and French Door refrigerator, wine chiller, recessed LED lighting, pendant lights and a chandelier fan.

LANDSCAPE DESIGN

In addition to the laundry room in the main house, there is a hook-up in the cottage for a washer/dryer combo unit. The high efficiency mini-split HVAC system in the cottage was also replaced last year.
