LOCATION: Located in McCurtain County, Southeast Oklahoma. Less than 3 hours from DFW, just over 12 miles southeast of Idabel, 35 miles SE of Hochatown. Adjoins the Ouachita Wildlife Management Area-McCurtain Co., with the Little River Wildlife Refuge just over 12 miles north. Several fishing points include the Little River, Mountain Fork, Pine Creek, and Beaver Bend Lake all within easy driving distance. The Red River and the Texas line are 6 miles south, Arkansas 9 miles east.
SITE: 120 acres m/l. of about 80 wooded property consisting of a mixture of basically hardwood and pine. Approximately 40 acres open and in grass. The topography is nearly level to gently sloping to the south to Norwood Creek.
IMPROVEMENTS: Dwelling structure in poor condition due to vacancy, Some sheds and outbuildings in same situation.
ACCESS: Legal access to be determined for private road. Just over 2 miles south of SH.

USAGE: Recreation, hunting, fishing, atv, pasture-hay.
WILDLIFE: Excellent area for whitetail deer, eastern wild turkey, wild hog and various small game. Very good evidence of wildlife on the property. Good fishing within easy driving distance of the property.
WATER: Norwood Creek cuts the west side.
