We recently signed a one-year extension to our exclusivity agreement for the Fairfax Peak site and we are diligently working to advance this project. Fairfax Peak is in Fairfax County in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. With more than 10 million people living within 100 miles of Fairfax Peak, we think this location is an ideal place to develop an Alpine-X resort. Our goal is to position ourselves to submit a zoning package late in 2024. We are also working with local and national partners that we believe can bring valuable experience and resources to the project.
