This is a gem . The second owners have loved this home since the day they moved in 21 years ago. It has been beautifully maintained and has constantly been updated and improved, it's a passion, and it shows everywhere! Most recently the upstairs baths have been completely remodeled and update including expanding the Primary and enlarging the shower. The furnace, stove, water heater and fireplace were all new in 2024 when everything was converted to natural gas. The AC was replaced in 2022. The original vinyl lined pool was replaced with a new concrete pool in 2020 and features a nice electric cover, the 55'x 15" patio was added as well. The entire yard has an underground automatic sprinkler system, which came in handy this summer. Prior to finishing the basement, a French drain and waterproofing system was installed. The basement Au pair suited was beautifully finished including a proper Egress window and full bath. All the work that has been done inside and outside has always been permitted and inspected.
