Fully renovated in 2019, the house was updated with new insulation, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, water heater, and wood stove. More recently the house got a new deck, roof, gutters, and a fresh paint job. All of the furnishings are available for separate purchase, so all you would need to do is bring a suitcase.
