I love this home! I love everything about it! I love Woodmere: the mature landscaping, the pride of ownership, the great school district, and that fact that it is literally 3 miles to the beach! I love that this home is concrete block and stucco, that the garage is a side entry-so people aren't always looking at your stuff. I love the additional driveway for extra off-street parking, and the corner lot that gives this home such great curb appeal. I even love the character in the arched porch columns. I also love the floor plan! There is a living room dining room combination that is spacious enough to be more than a ''sitting room'' yet separated enough from the family room that you could have two groups enjoying television without infringing on one another. I love that the kitchen is the center of the home, the bedrooms are split for privacy and the laundry is inside in an actual laundry room (not a closet) and not in the garage! I love that the pool and screened lanai that have a solid roof section so you can have a grill and furniture out there that won't get rained on, but you still have plenty of deck space for chaise lounges and soaking up the sun. Most importantly, I love that this home is priced at under 350,000 dollars so you have the ability to totally make it your own without the fear of being over invested! The roof is 2014, the HVAC is 2016. The windows are not original, although we do not have an exact year on them.
