AMAZING LOCATION...AMAZING LOT....AMAZING OPPORTUNITY....When I first got the call to visit with these sellers I couldn't wait to get there. The area, I knew was going to be good...little did I know it was AMAZING. I drove up to a circular drive to find a home that sits up slightly from the street and has the timeless look that is now so popular. When I walked inside, I could tell, it's been a great home and is ready to be updated for the next family. You can see immediately when you walk in that it flows well, has excellent sized rooms and can become the home that everyone wants to hang out at. BUT, when I walked out the sun porch, I saw the back yard. You could see that someone spent many weekends out there, meticulously grooming the yard and was proud of the mature planting areas they must have spent time with.
